Kirthi Vasan, Collector, Koraput joined devotees of Koraput in offering special prayers before Mahaprabhu Jagannath in the main temple and Lord Shiva in the Bharat Khanda in the Jagannath temple premises at Koraput on the occasion of Mahashivratri. The most inspiring learning for us from him was his refusal to break the line to have a privileged Darshan of Lord Shiva as devotees were waiting for Darshan in a long que even though the temple management committee members had made special space for him.
