World is so small and beautiful .Our district collector V.K.Vasan and the chief Scientist of Regional Sericulture Research Station , Koraput were classmates in St. 5 in a village of Tamilnadu . But after that they had never met .The scientist had been to office of Mr.Vasan to invite him as the chief guest of the Sericulture Mela that was held on Tuesday .
